Professional Padel Association of Ghana (PPAOG)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PPAOG website (www.ppaog.com) and registering for memberships or tournaments, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Player Licensing & Membership

  • PPAOG provides player licenses for durations of 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year.

  • A license is personal, non-transferable, and required for participation in sanctioned local and International Padel Federation (FIP) tournaments.

  • Members are responsible for providing accurate personal data for the generation of their unique identification number.

3. Tournament Participation

  • Registration for a tournament is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

  • Players must adhere to the official FIP rules of Padel and maintain a high standard of sportsmanship.

  • PPAOG reserves the right to disqualify any player who violates our code of conduct.

4. Health and Liability

  • Padel is a physically demanding sport. By participating in PPAOG events or using affiliated facilities, members acknowledge the inherent risk of injury.

  • PPAOG, its officers, and affiliated clubs (including S2 Sports Complex and Mamba Sports Complex) are not liable for any personal injury, medical expenses, or loss of personal property.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including the PPAOG logo, ranking data, and website graphics, is the property of PPAOG. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of ranking data is strictly prohibited.
