Refund Policy

Professional Padel Association of Ghana (PPAOG)

1. Membership Fees

  • Non-Refundable: All Player Licenses (3-month, 6-month, and Annual) and Club Memberships are non-refundable once the payment is processed and the identification number is issued.

  • Reasoning: These fees cover immediate administrative and registration costs with local and international bodies.

2. Tournament Entry Fees

  • 7+ Days Notice: If you withdraw from a tournament at least 7 days before the start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund or a 100% credit toward a future PPAOG event.

  • Short Notice (Less than 48 Hours): No refunds or credits will be issued for “no-shows” or withdrawals made within 48 hours of the tournament.

  • Partner Substitutions: If your partner cannot play, you may substitute them with another licensed player at no additional cost.

3. Event Cancellation

If PPAOG cancels a tournament due to weather, safety, or facility issues:

  • Players will receive a full refund or a guaranteed entry into the rescheduled event.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that third-party transaction fees (Mobile Money/Bank charges) may be deducted.
