Club Membership License
- Required Fields: All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- License Number and Card Expiry: Automatically generated upon payment confirmation.
- Membership Card Delivery: Your Official Certificate will be issued within a period of two weeks. Following this, PPAOG officials will conduct an inspection of your facility. Upon completion of the inspection, you will receive your Official PPAOG Club License.
- Full Name: Enter your full name, including your surname, as it appears on official identification documents.
- Email Address: Provide a valid email address in the correct format (e.g., [email protected]).
By joining the PPAOG you will be issued a license number that you will be able to use to register in all the tournaments local & worldwide. This year PPAOG will have several tournaments and this license will allow you to participate in these tournaments.
